The Fog of War : Eleven Lessons from the life of Robert McNamara, the former US Secretary of Defense during the early part of Vietnam war, under President Lyndon Johnson. It is insightful to know what super powers think when they start wars in foreign soils, what the head honchos had in their heads when they went on a murderous mistake as Vietnam. McNamara is good, a good politician and a better strategist. Although not contraversially attractive as F 9/11, because Vietnam war is a long forgotten botch-up, there have been many more interesting ones since, the Fog of War is a serious documentary, explains a lot about the reason for wars in our time, from the mouth of one of the main men himself.
